You can’t expect a man to last longer than 1 hour in bed (doing sex that is), however, according to a sex expert, an average lasting time for a normal man would be around 10-15 minutes. What if you only last around 1-2 minutes? petty sure the disappointment not only gets to you but also your sex partner. Don’t worry, you didn’t learn to ride a bicycle in one try-out right? you’ve to practice and learn the hard way of falling down. Follow these simple tips to practice last longer in bed.
1. Self Controlled Ejaculation with Masturbating
Doing what usually guys do, watch a porn or sex movie. Follow up with your erection and masturbate process, now here’s the important part, when you are about to ejaculate, DON’T. pour ice-cold water onto your penis tip, relax and let it flaccid. But of course we all human in any way, I would recommend doing a low-fat diet, less than 2 cups of coffee per day, 1-2 smoke only per day, and hit the bar once or twice only a week, maybe some light beer. Avoid any heavy drinks like whiskey or liquor in everyday life, it cannot be avoided, add a mixture into your whiskeys like coke or water, this will lower the chance of liver burned if you are an everyday whiskey drinker.
